You can return or exchange your purchase if:

the size isn't right, or
the product is faulty, or
it isn't what you expected, or
you changed your mind.

How to proceed ?

We accept return/exchange in 45 days after delivery. Please email/call us to retrieve return authorization number before return your purchase. Please ensure all return articles are in original unworn condition with original tags or packaging. Please also ensure you keep the tracking number of your return parcel in a safe place for future verification when needed. Articles with smell of perfume, smoke, etc., are NOT returnable.

Where to return ?

We have multiple return locations in Australia, Asia Pacific, Europe and USA to serve our customers from all over the world. Return locations are printed on the bottom of your order/invoice which will be emailed/posted to you in soft/hard copies. You can also reprint your order/invoice when login to your account. If you didn't receive the order confirmation email after placed order, please contact us ASAP.

How long does it take to process ?

Usually, the return can take up to 3 business days to complete after we receive your return. (However, during the high season, it might take slightly longer to process and we shall inform you by email.) You can choose to exchange your purchase to a different size or style, or have it refunded to your account. For exchange request, you will receive store credit for your return article and then you can use the store credit to purchase exchange size/style online.
